Well the CIBC posts are back up; apparently my show of good faith meant very little if anything at all. You can gather that means things haven’t gone well since the last CIBC related post.

I received a letter in the mail today letting me know that my ‘feedback has been provided to the appropriate management team so that any service gaps can be addressed.

Regrettably, while I empathize with your situation, your claim……‘ ‘….has been declined.

This in no way clarifies a position as I did not make a claim of any sorts for any amount. I tried to call her back tonight but they’ve closed the offices for the day and will be closed for Canada Day.
